Dr. Lutz Krahnefeld specializes in legal approval management for environmentally relevant large-scale projects in planning and approval procedures on behalf of developers and public authorities. He also advises on all areas of environmental law, in particular waste management law. Further focal areas are planning law for infrastructure projects and public procurement law. Finally, he accompanies M & A projects and provides public law advice in these areas.
Before founding the firm, Dr. Lutz Krahnefeld worked as a partner at the law firm Haarmann Hemmelrath and as an in-house lawyer at the “BFUB Gesellschaft für Umweltberatung und Projektmanagement”.
He completed his studies in Freiburg and Kiel, followed by his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf and his doctorate in environmental, planning and construction law in Kiel.
He is a member of the Society for Environmental Law (GfU) and of the International Environmental Law Day Hamburg e.V.
